About The Position

The Grant Accountant will keep grant dollars organized, compliant, and ready to fuel real-world impact. This role exists to make sure every award is tracked cleanly—from setup to closeout—so programs can focus on people. Key responsibilities include managing grant budgets and cost allocations, preparing invoices and financial reports, reconciling accounts, supporting audits/monitoring, and partnering with program teams to keep documentation timely and accurate.

Requirements

  • Mid-level accounting experience (grant or fund accounting strongly preferred)
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort with accounting systems
  • Knowledge of GAAP and compliance basics for restricted funding
  • Clear, friendly communication and sharp attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Managing grant budgets and cost allocations
  • Preparing invoices and financial reports
