About The Position

Live Oak Classical School is seeking a Grammar Coordinator of Student Life to join the Grammar administrative team. This role is responsible for cultivating a vibrant, virtuous culture at the school and instilling wisdom and virtue in students. The ideal candidate will exemplify a Christian worldview, embrace the classical model of education, enjoy working with students, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. Regular involvement in a church community is expected.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
• Experience working with children JK-5th grade
• Experience coordinating events, programs, and communications

Responsibilities

• Foster an orderly, virtuous learning environment that follows the classical methodology with a Christian worldview while incorporating the educational ideals of Charlotte Mason.
• Coordinate school events, facilitate campus operations.
• Direct the house system.
• Plan and assist with school assemblies, chapel services, and special ceremonies.
• Provide student mentorship, discipleship, and discipline.
• Foster positive communication and relationships within the school community.
• Oversee after school programs and clubs.
