About The Position

The Ecclesial Schools Initiative is expanding access to extraordinary Christian education by creating schools where children enter a rich learning atmosphere and receive a classical Christian curriculum—regardless of financial means. Grammar School Teachers bring this mission and vision to life each day by the lessons and learning activities they prepare, the classroom atmosphere they cultivate, the relationships they build with students and their parents, and their commitment to professional growth as part of a faculty of friends. All faculty members receive paid in-service training from experienced academic leaders throughout the year, beginning with onboarding and orientation before the start of school. The goal is to ensure that teachers are well prepared and supported as they accomplish their most important mission—providing students with rich and formative classical Christian learning. School structures and activities are designed to foster collegiality and collaboration. As part of grade-level teams that meet across campuses, teachers will work on projects that matter both for their own practice and professional growth, but also for the growth of the academic mission of The Ecclesial Schools. All Employees of The Ecclesial Schools Initiative: Affirm the Christian faith as expressed in the Nicene Creed, maintaining active membership in a local parish or congregation. Endeavor to keep unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace by maintaining high standards of professional communication and commitment to redemptive conflict resolution.
