Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation.
  • Ability to work safely in an industrial, outdoor and variable-weather environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with grain handling, ethanol production, or agricultural operations.
  • Prior experience operating front-end loaders or similar equipment.
  • Knowledge of railcar loading and inspections.
  • Prior experience with railcar loading inspections or scale house operations

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the safe, accurate, and compliant movement of grain and co-products.
  • Inspecting, weighing, and managing the receipt and delivery of grains.
  • Ensuring that all inbound and outbound transactions meet stringent quality, safety, and documentation requirements.
  • Operating scale house activities.
  • Skillfully loading and unloading trucks and railcars.
  • Conducting routine inspections and housekeeping duties that align with company policies and safety standards.
