Requirements

Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed.
Willingness to work various weather elements including cold, heat, wind, rain, etc.
Ability to frequently stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to frequently lift and/or carry heavy objects no more than 50 pounds.
Outstanding Organizational and Time-Management Skills.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Respectable Mechanical Skills.

Nice To Haves

Valid Driver’s License, with acceptable driving record.
Class A or B CDL with DOT Medical Certificate.
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Previous Grain Experience.

Responsibilities

Fulfill customer orders in an accurate and timely fashion.
Greet customers in a polite, professional and positive manner.
Maintain equipment and facilities in a neat, clean, safe and environmental sound condition.
Monitor equipment to ensure it is in good working order, participate in the overall maintenance of the facility and equipment.
Operate safely within Heritage Cooperative policy, procedures, and governmental regulations.
Other grain handling including but not limited to, filling /reclaiming of ground piles, transferring, etc.
Perform critical operations to keep facility running such as loading/unloading trucks and railcars.
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
