Requirements

• Previous experience in grain handling, agricultural operations, or related fields preferred
• Knowledge of grain elevator systems and equipment operation
• Ability to accurately measure and record inventory data
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in outdoor conditions
• Flexibility to work year-round, including in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain grain elevator systems, including conveyors, scales, and grain dryers
• Manage inbound and outbound grain shipments, ensuring accurate measurement and documentation
• Maintain optimal grain conditions through proper handling and storage practices
• Handle bulk and packaged fertilizer and chemical products safely and efficiently
• Uphold safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment and facilities
• Work year-round in both indoor and outdoor environments, adapting to varying weather conditions
