About The Position

This role involves operating conveyance equipment to move grain to and from storage, as well as setting up, controlling, adjusting, and feeding grain into semi-automated machines and equipment. The position also includes unloading and loading trucks, shipping containers, and rail cars with grain. Additionally, the operator will use hand tools to maintain good housekeeping standards, assist with minor repairs, and use a computer to run scales and enter data. The schedule varies by season: during Harvest (September-November), it's 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday; otherwise, it's 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 0 - 2 years’ relevant experience
• Previous work-related skills
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs
• Must be able to climb up to 150 feet

Responsibilities

• Operate conveyance equipment to move grain to and from storage.
• Set up, control, adjust, and feed grain into semi-automated machines and equipment.
