About The Position
This position is responsible for operating our grain handling facilities in a safe and efficient manner, receiving grain, maintaining grain quality, and loading out grain to optimum grade specifications. Crystal Valley is a full-service cooperative with 200 full-time employees in 16 locations serving the needs of livestock producers and crop farmers in south central Minnesota. Our knowledgeable staff provides superior service to our customers with high-quality products, facilities and equipment in our core businesses of agronomy, energy, feed, and grain. Requirements
- Mechanically inclined to operate, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment
- Demonstrated initiative, problem-solving, and a can-do attitude
- Valid driver’s license
- Meet the driver qualification standards established by the self-insured group in which the cooperative is a member
- Comply with Crystal Valley’s drug and alcohol policy
- Pre-employment 4-panel (excludes THC) drug testing for non-CDL jobs, 5-panel (includes THC) for CDL jobs.
