Requirements
- Comfortable with computer/digital technology
- An understanding of electrical panels
- Physically fit to climb heights
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- A general knowledge and skills required to safely operate straightforward plant equipment, and/or machinery
- Full G driver's license
- Conversational English skills, with the ability to follow posted safety rules and safe operating procedures; write and make accurate reporting entries, comprehend simple instructions
Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks, operate grain dryers, receive and grade grain.
- Use forklifts, bobcats, trucks, and automated systems.
- Perform routine checks, repairs, and upkeep of machinery and facilities.
- Conduct monthly silo inventory, manage scale weights and paperwork.
- Maintain elevator, grounds, and warehouse; assist with silo cleanouts. Climb ladders and work at heights.
- Provide year-round support and service to customers.
