The duties of this hands-on job will include providing training, support and assistance to hourly team members, as well as working side by side with them in the facility. You will have a key role in maintaining a safe and sanitary workplace in compliance with Company policies and applicable regulations. For these jobs we are seeking hands-on individuals who can work longer hours in challenging conditions.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Available to work off hours and weekends
  • Professional demeanor (safety conscious, quality of job performance, cleanliness, and verbal communications)
  • This job can be physically strenuous
  • You will work in tight and confined spaces
  • You will work at heights
  • You will need the ability to frequently lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds and occasionally more
  • This job will require the ability to ascend/descend ladders
  • You will be required to wear PPE
  • All candidates shall be subject to background checks

Nice To Haves

  • 1 yr experience in a grain elevator, feed mill or similar is preferred
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Ag Mechanics or similar is preferred
  • Experience in a grain elevator, feed mill or similar is preferred
