About The Position

This isn’t just another new graduate role. It’s a structured, supported first year in practice, designed to help you: Build confidence in real clinical settings. Over 12 months, you’ll: Work with a diverse caseload across medical, surgical, and urgent care. Gradually increase your responsibility at a pace that suits you. Gain hands-on experience in diagnostics, treatment planning, and procedures. Build confidence in client communication and clinical decision-making. No two days are the same—and that’s exactly the point. Your Clinical Director will be your mentor, coach, and support system. You’ll have: Regular 1:1 check-ins and case discussions. Real-time clinical guidance when you need it. A structured development plan tailored to you. A safe space to ask questions and learn. Plus, you’ll be part of a wider support network including: Clinical leaders. Fellow new graduates. Experienced veterinary teams Because your first year matters.
