MANSON WESTERN LLCTorrance, CA
$90,000 - $100,000Hybrid

About The Position

WPS is looking for a collaborative, relationship-driven professional to lead our Graduate School Alliance Program (GSAP) — a strategic initiative that partners with university training programs to integrate WPS assessments into graduate-level coursework and clinical training. As the GSAP Coordinator, you'll serve as the face of WPS within the academic community — cultivating meaningful partnerships with faculty and program directors across school psychology, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, and clinical psychology. You'll work cross-functionally with Assessment Consultants, Marketing, Product, and R&D to build a pipeline of future practitioners who are trained on and confident in WPS tools. This role is slated for a January 2027 start date.

Requirements

  • Master's degree minimum; doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Ed.S.) in school psychology or a related field strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience administering and interpreting psychometric assessments across one or more WPS target disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of graduate training program structures and the academic needs of programs in WPS's target disciplines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop curriculum-aligned materials.
  • Familiarity with national professional organizations and conventions including NASP, ASHA, and AOTA.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as NetSuite or HubSpot.

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of post-graduate experience in school psychology or a related discipline, including assessment administration and interpretation.
  • University teaching or clinical supervision experience.
  • Prior experience in a program management, outreach, or business development role within a clinical or educational context.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit new university training programs in school psychology, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, and clinical psychology to join the GSAP partnership network.
  • Manage annual re-engagement with existing GSAP partner programs, ensuring continued participation, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Develop and maintain professor support materials — including slide decks, syllabi integration guides, and administration guides — to facilitate effective use of WPS assessments in coursework.
  • Represent WPS at major national conferences (NASP, ASHA, AOTA) and select Tier 2 conventions to build visibility and recruit new university partners.
  • Partner with Assessment Consultants to develop and execute post-graduation outreach strategies that convert trained students into long-term WPS customers and advocates.
  • Build and maintain an ROI tracking infrastructure measuring partner growth, student reach, post-graduation conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
  • Provide timely feedback to Product, Marketing, and R&D on trends, gaps, and opportunities identified through university engagement.
  • Use CRM tools (NetSuite, HubSpot) to track partner interactions and maintain organized records of university relationships.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter expert on graduate training structures, accreditation requirements, and academic workflows.
