About The Position

All Options is seeking Graduate Quantitative Researchers to join their team in Austin, TX. The role involves a six-month training program combining advanced option theory with practical market-making experience. The initial four weeks focus on mastering options theory, trading systems, and tools through lectures and shadowing. Following this, participants will engage in active research, contributing to desk-specific projects with mentorship, coaching, technical training, and performance feedback. This position is ideal for quantitative researchers aiming for rapid growth and significant impact.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
  • A strong interest in financial markets and (options) trading.
  • Result-driven and able to prioritize.
  • Strong at pattern recognition.
  • Excel at applying theoretical knowledge to practical challenges.
  • Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, C+, C++, etc.).
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Availability for full-time employment starting in February 2027 or August 2027.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States.
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Dive into options theory, learn business operations, and become familiar with systems.
  • Build and maintain business and trading intelligence tools.
  • Progressively contribute to P&L-generating activities as knowledge grows.
  • Play a pivotal role in developing automated analysis programs and trading algorithms.
  • Bridge statistics, trading, and technology to provide data-driven insights to trading teams and management.
  • Monitor and optimize strategy performance.
  • Design and build automated trading and position management algorithms.
  • Enhance pricing models.
  • Build, maintain, and improve the company’s codebase and technology stack.
