About The Position

All Options is seeking Graduate Quantitative Researchers to join our team in Austin, TX. This role offers a fast-paced career at the intersection of research and options trading, beginning with a six-month training program that combines advanced option theory with practical market-making experience. The initial four weeks involve intensive learning of options theory, trading systems, and tools through lectures and shadowing. Following this, you will engage in active research, contributing to desk-specific projects with guidance, coaching, technical training, and performance feedback. This is an ideal starting point for quantitative researchers aiming for rapid growth and significant impact.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or higher in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
  • A strong interest in financial markets and (options) trading.
  • Result-driven and able to prioritize.
  • Strong at pattern recognition.
  • Excel at applying theoretical knowledge to practical challenges.
  • Proficiency in a programming language (e.g., Python, C+, C++, etc.).
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Availability for full-time employment starting in February 2027 or August 2027.
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States.
  • Not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Dive into options theory, learn business operations, and become familiar with trading systems.
  • Build and maintain business and trading intelligence tools.
  • Progressively contribute to P&L-generating activities as knowledge grows.
  • Play a pivotal role in developing automated analysis programs and trading algorithms.
  • Bridge statistics, trading, and technology to provide data-driven insights.
  • Monitor and optimize strategy performance.
  • Design and build automated trading and position management algorithms.
  • Enhance pricing models.
  • Build, maintain, and improve the company’s codebase and technology stack.
