The Graduate Quantitative Researcher will have the opportunity to work in our Chicago headquarters focusing on expanding and optimizing current and future trading opportunities. Requirements

A student completing a bachelor's, master's, or PhD degree with an emphasis in a STEM-related field (e.g. Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.), graduating in 2027 by August '27
1+ industry internships as a Quantitative Researcher, Developer, or Trader
Experience with Python, C++, and machine learning tools
Strong multi-tasking skills, including the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at one time

Responsibilities

Work with the team to optimize the current strategy components and identify new trading opportunities
Research and test alphas to improve existing tools and identify methods to increase trading efficiency
Focus on enhancing the production trading system and rewriting existing trades and signals
