About The Position

Since launching in late 2017, Specsavers Audiology has gone from strength to strength – and our growth is only just beginning. We’re now inviting applications from passionate and driven graduates who are ready to begin their Provisional year in 2027 and become part of the Specsavers success story. Our 12-month Graduate Program is designed to give you a productive start to your career as an Audiologist. You’ll have the guidance, and resources to successfully complete your clinical internship and gain the Accredited Audiologist status. With a dedicated in-store supervisor by your side, you’ll receive tailored support to develop your clinical and professional confidence. To complement your in-store experience, our program offers a combination of professional events, courses, and experiences specifically designed to help you thrive in the industry. This is a part-time position working four days per week across our Success and Livingston stores. You'll work a consistent Wednesday to Saturday roster, with Saturday availability being an essential requirement of the role. Enjoy the benefit of a three-day weekend each week, providing greater flexibility and supporting a healthy work-life balance. Preference will be given to those based in Perth, WA or have a genuine connection to the local area and are committed to living and working in the region.

Requirements

  • Be in your final year of Masters study or a recent graduate, at an Audiology Australia Accredited University.
  • Have full-time working rights within Australia at the commencement of the program.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Commitment towards continuous growth and career development.
  • Availability on Saturdays is an essential requirement.
