Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Three years of program management experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills have been acquired may be substituted.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in Salesforce and Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with and aptitude for professional writing
  • General familiarity with graduate education, the needs and interests of graduate students, K-12 Catholic school educators, or Catholic diocesan school systems
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and enthusiasm for the Catholic intellectual tradition and Catholic studies

Responsibilities

  • Manage budget of Catholic Studies Graduate Program; collect and compile data on existing program outcomes, including the MA and Mission and Culture Certificate.
  • Manage daily administrative activities of the Catholic Studies Graduate Program involving student registration, enrollment, and course planning.
  • Process all admissions and onboarding in Salesforce for all prospective and incoming graduate students, including degree, joint-degree, non-degree, certificate, and Mission and Culture Fellows; collect data on enrollment trends with an eye to future growth, increased efficiency, and improved student experience.
  • In consultation with Graduate Program Director, strategize annual marketing plan at the local, regional, and national level; identify and target existing and new markets for growth.
  • Undertake daily lead nurturing of all prospective graduate students through Salesforce, including requests for information (RFI’s), started, completed, and submitted applications.
  • Plan and execute all graduate program marketing efforts, including campus visits, email campaigns, site visits to Archdiocesan schools and related events.
  • Establish relationships and trust with all graduate students; advise graduate students on their degree progress; build community through regular graduate student events.
  • Audit student fulfillment of degree requirements using Murphy Online and Banner.
  • Submit substitution requests in consultation with Graduate Program Director.
  • Manage Master’s Essay processes including form submission, course building, scheduling of review, and collection of final document.
  • In consultation with Graduate Program Director, hire, train, and supervise team of graduate student assistants.
