Responsibilities

Collaborates with patients/families and health care providers in the delivery of health care services.
Partners with the healthcare team by following established plan of care to ensure patient progress for effective outcomes.
Supports plans to promote health and a safe and healthy environment.
Performs nursing interventions such as wound care, point of care testing, and vital signs.
Provides patient education.
Assists in the development of the plan of care in consultation with the licensed healthcare team.
Documents clinical patient information.
Performs clearly defined tasks and methods described in detail to achieve standardized solutions that impact own performance with regular guidance.
Follows a well-established process to solve routine problems where solutions are clearly prescribed.
Contributes to the team individually.
Serves others with compassion, investing time to understand their problems and needs.
Solves routine problems and raises proper concerns in a timely manner.
Listens carefully to understand issues and provides accurate information and support.
