About The Position

Under The Direction Of Professional RNs, Systematically And Continually Assesses The Physical, Emotional, Clinical, And Psychosocial Needs Of Assigned Patients And Families; Plans And Implements Appropriate Interventions; And Evaluates Effectiveness And Adjusts Plan As Indicated In A Timely Manner In The Provision Of Safe And Effective Care.

Requirements

  • Eligible to sit for nursing boards
  • Must successfully complete RN Residency
  • Must obtain a Missouri Registered Nurse License or Registered Nurse License from a compact state within ninety (90) days after graduation or thirty (30) days after passing the NCLEX exam in a state other than Missouri. If obtaining a compact license it must be held in the registered nurse's state of residence.

  • Plans and implements appropriate interventions.
  • Evaluates effectiveness and adjusts plan as indicated in a timely manner in the provision of safe and effective care.
