About The Position
The Saint Francis Hospital New Graduate RN Residency Program is designed for soon-to-be and newly licensed RNs to build a strong clinical foundation, gain real-world experience, and grow alongside other new nurses. The program offers hands-on preceptorship, NCLEX test prep and reimbursement, professional growth and development opportunities, and a supportive cohort environment. Saint Francis Hospital fosters a culture of compassion, teamwork, and growth, aiming to provide a strong start for nursing careers with professional development, clinical excellence, and meaningful patient care.
Requirements
- Graduating within the next 6 months or have obtained RN licensure within the last 6 months.
- Candidates graduating within 6 months may start after receiving their Authorization to Test (ATT).
- All graduate nurses must pass the NCLEX within 45 days of their hire date.
- Graduated from a state approved school of nursing or an accredited school.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing
- Recent acute care experience
