Graduate Nurse - Med/Surg
About The Position
Graduate Nurses (GNs) are welcome to apply for full-time Day and Night shift openings (7am-7:30pm or 7pm-7:30am) on our Medical/Surgical units. The Registered Nurse evaluates assigned patients and plans, implements, and documents nursing care. They deliver excellent nursing care through evaluations, planning, implementation, and documentation while serving a diverse patient population with complex concerns. The role involves performing various patient tests and administering medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse. Additionally, the nurse promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills. This position relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
- PA Registered Nurse Temporary Practice Permit or Registered Nurse License
