Coordinate the daily activities and operations of GME residency/fellowship programming in accordance with ACGME accreditation. Provide admin support to the Vice Chair of Education, Directors of programming, and Associate Program Directors. Coordinate special projects, prepare committee leadership activities, and manage didactics/lectures. Coordinate recruitment efforts and maintain databases such as Thalamus, ERAS, ABPN, ACGME, and MedHub. Manage and plan expenditures/reimbursements of the programs, travel - state and national, and educational activities. Input various forms into PeopleSoft and the Procurement Portal. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
