Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong interest in building systems design, including HVAC, plumbing, energy, and sustainability.
  • Understanding of engineering fundamentals including thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and energy systems.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and Revit, with the ability to assist in the development of building system drawings and BIM models.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and field assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the design of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical building systems for commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.
  • Support the preparation of engineering calculations, equipment selections, and design documentation.
  • Develop drawings, schedules, and technical specifications using industry-standard software tools.
  • Participate in field investigations, site visits, and construction support activities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver practical and sustainable building solutions.
  • Learn and apply building codes, standards, and engineering best practices.
