About The Position

PMG's Graduate Leadership Program AI & Software Engineering track offers a full-time role where you’ll contribute to evolving PMG’s proprietary technology, Alli, to craft innovative solutions for top-tier brands like Nike, Apple, and Intuit right from the start. Located in the bustling heart of Uptown Dallas, you’ll develop industry expertise and build a strong network. The program includes an eight-week immersive training period focused on digital marketing and the use of AI and other pioneering technologies. Participants will gain hands-on experience in developing software solutions and engineering scalable systems, contributing to PMG's AI-first approach. The role involves working with Alli, PMG’s cloud-based suite of AI-powered tools for marketers, and contributing to solutions that enable ad delivery to over 1 billion consumers.

Requirements

• Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python, JavaScript, and Node.js is beneficial.
• Skills in AWS and GCP are beneficial.
• Experience with AI technologies, including OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, and LangChain is beneficial.
• A passion for mastering new technologies and a curiosity about digital marketing.
• Internships or relevant work experience that shows problem-solving and technical capabilities.
• Authorization to work in the US (sponsorship is not offered).
