About The Position

Osmoflo, a leading water treatment company in Australia, is seeking ambitious graduates for its structured Graduate Engineer Program. This program offers hands-on experience across multiple engineering disciplines, working on innovative water treatment solutions for sustainability and community support. Graduates will be involved in real projects and challenges from day one, contributing to the design, build, and operation of advanced water treatment systems for various sectors including mining, industrial, municipal, and regional communities.

Requirements

• A recent Bachelor degree in Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving
• Strong organisational and time management abilities

Responsibilities

• Work on cutting-edge water treatment technologies
• Support the design and delivery of water treatment plants
• Visit operational sites across metropolitan and remote locations
• Collaborate with Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical and Process Engineers
• Conduct testing, analysis and problem solving activities
• Assist with project delivery, reporting and procurement activities
• Contribute to research and development projects in Osmoflo's innovation facility, The Edge
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that drive business performance
• Build professional relationships with clients, suppliers and stakeholders
