About The Position

This is a unique graduate role where engineers contribute to real product features from day one, seeing their work shipped to customers quickly. You will work closely with experienced engineers, product, and design teams to develop both technical depth and product intuition.

Requirements

Strong software engineering fundamentals
Recent graduate or early-career engineer (0–2 years experience)
Evidence of building things (projects, internships, open-source, etc.)
Curiosity about AI, LLMs, or modern developer tools
Product mindset — you care about users and outcomes
Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
High ownership and willingness to learn quickly

Nice To Haves

Experience with any backend or frontend frameworks
Exposure to AI tools, LLMs, or workflow automation
Side projects or experimentation with new technologies

Responsibilities

Learning how finance teams operate and identifying opportunities to improve their workflows
Building product features across the stack alongside experienced engineers
Contributing to AI agent workflows that simplify and automate complex tasks
Developing APIs and systems that power the core platform
Improving internal tooling and engineering workflows
Writing clean, maintainable code and learning best practices in production systems
Supporting high standards of data security, reliability, and performance
