About The Position

This position provides administrative support for graduate programs at the Faculty or Department level, serving as the first point of contact for incoming, current, and prospective graduate students. It coordinates graduate program services, including course scheduling, awards and scholarship administration, and related student support processes. The role also supports the work of graduate student-related committees and contributes to the effective delivery of graduate academic programs. Additionally, it provides dedicated administrative and coordination support for the Dual Degree undergraduate program in partnership with Chinese universities, including communication between institutions, program logistics, and support for students enrolled in the dual degree pathway. This includes liaising with students and partner institutions in Mandarin, as required.
