About The Position

We are looking for a Graduate Documentation Technician to join our Design & Delivery Organisation (DDO) team. This position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in reading and interpreting structural plans and specifications, preparing steel, concrete, masonry, and foundation drawings, incorporating engineer markups accurately into drafting documents, producing 2D plans, sections, details, and schedules using industry-standard software, developing and maintaining 3D BIM models, supporting project teams by adhering to company drafting and design standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Requirements

Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
Basic understanding of structural steel framing
Knowledge of reinforced concrete detailing, foundations, and retaining structures
Familiarity with construction sequencing practices
Understanding of building codes and industry standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
Strong time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

Reading and interpreting structural plans and specifications
