About The Position

Bezos.ai is a Fulfilment-as-a-Service platform that connects online sellers’ sales channels with warehouse and carrier partners, coordinating orders through delivery and providing sellers with a unified view of their supply chain. The company describes itself as a small, fast-moving, AI-native team whose business is almost doubling in 2026. The Graduate Business Operations Associate will support the operations team by keeping orders flowing, resolving or escalating exceptions, responding to seller and operational queries, conducting operational checks, and helping create AI skills and automations to reduce repetitive work. The role offers end-to-end exposure to the order journey and increasing independence as the associate learns the business. During the first 90 days, the associate is expected to reliably perform daily cross-system reconciliation, clear order exceptions, answer operational tickets within SLA, operate Bezos checkers independently, build an initial Claude skill or small time-saving automation, contribute clean and timely work to a team project, and begin handling open-ended tasks with less guidance.
