About The Position

This position is a Graduate Assistantship for the 2026-2027 academic year. It offers an individual the opportunity to further their academic endeavors within the Franklin Pierce University Graduate Programs while also gaining extensive experience in coaching within an NCAA Division II Athletic Program.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree from an accredited institution
  • Acceptance into a graduate studies program at Franklin Pierce University (acceptance must be confirmed before the candidate is considered)
  • Prior collegiate lacrosse experience

Responsibilities

  • Managing gear and equipment orders
  • Coordinating team travel (hotels, meals, and itineraries)
  • Assisting with overall program organization
  • Contributing to recruiting efforts through prospect identification, communication, and event support during the summer and fall
  • Breaking down scout film on Hudl to aid in opponent analysis and game preparation
  • Helping lead defensive drills
  • Supporting skill development and positional training
  • Providing individual player feedback
