Provide tutoring for Dr. Mosconi’s PT 536 and PT 536L course.
Requirements
- Fully knowledgeable about the job.
- Able to handle responsibilities independently and effectively.
- Possess undergraduate degree in similar and/or related field.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and provide tutoring sessions.
- Tutors may work around their own schedules but must notify tutees of their availability well in advance.
- Assist tutees with study strategies and approaches to learning and test taking, not just reiterate course content.
- Work toward facilitating tutees’ understanding of key concepts, relationships, and clinical application, if appropriate.
- Work with tutees’ learning styles and to assist with critical thinking, problem-solving, and clinical reasoning, to the degree possible.
- Ensure tutees abide by the applicable university student employment policies.
