About UHP UHP — Unlock Human Potential is building a new category of education centered around whole-human experiential vocational training, leadership development, and purpose-driven transformation. UHP serves veterans, transitioning service members, and purpose-driven individuals through immersive programs that integrate human performance, leadership, wellness, vocational skills, and personal growth. Our environment is fast-moving, mission-driven, and deeply experiential. We are not a traditional university, gym, military program, or trade school — we are building a scalable human development institution designed for the future workforce. The Opportunity UHP is seeking Graduate Assistants to support upcoming Integrative Health Coach / IHC cohorts on our Gentry, Arkansas campus. This is a temporary, cohort-based opportunity for high-potential IHC alumni who are interested in returning to serve future students while continuing to develop as leaders, mentors, and facilitators. Graduate Assistants play an important role in supporting the student experience, assisting the IHC team during cohort execution, and helping create the transformational environment that makes UHP unique. The IHC Graduate Assistant role is designed for alumni who demonstrate professionalism, emotional maturity, humility, strong communication, and alignment with UHP’s values. This role includes student support, cohort logistics, classroom and activity support, mentorship, and operational assistance throughout the assigned cohort. Graduate Assistants are expected to model the UHP standard, support students with care and professionalism, and contribute to a team-first environment that helps service members and veterans grow in confidence, purpose, and readiness for their next chapter.
