Better Choice Development is seeking motivated Grading and Sitework Laborers to join their growing team. This role is crucial for preparing, grading, and finishing dirt surfaces for commercial and infrastructure sites. You will work closely with equipment operators and site supervisors to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required specifications. Requirements

Prior construction or dirt crew experience preferred but not required.
Capable of lifting 50+ lbs, standing for long periods, and working outdoors in varying weather.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Knowledge of basic construction safety practices.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
Must be Drug-Free.

Responsibilities

Assist in grading, leveling, and compacting soil for construction projects.
Shovel, rake, and move dirt and materials as needed.
Work alongside operators of bulldozers, graders, skid steers, and similar equipment.
Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines.
Support crew members and supervisors to meet project deadlines.
