About The Position

Demo/Grading - Heavy Equipment Operator - Track Loader. Since the company's birth, in 1981, Tight Quarters, Inc. has provided quality assistance to the world of demolition, grading, and concrete cutting and breaking for commercial, residential and industrial communities throughout greater Southern California.

Requirements

• Heavy equipment operation: 3 years (Required)
• Grading operator: 2 years (Required)
• California Driver License (Required)

Responsibilities

• Experience operating excavator with thumb both full-size excavator, mini-excavator, skid steer, Bobcat compact track loaders, and large track loaders like the CAT 953 and 973.
• Ability to read and understand grading plans.
• Experience working in demolition of residential and commercial structures.
• Meet schedules and timelines.
• Ability to work safely, productively, and efficiently.
• Experience in demolition.
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Work cooperatively and collaboratively with other team members.
• Maintain punctual and consistent attendance.
• Must be able to work overtime when required.
• Must have hard working attitude.
