About The Position

Whaley Construction LLC is in search of an Experienced Grading Foreman to join our team, preferably with TDOT experience. The right candidate will supervise field operations for Earthwork/Roadway/Grading projects and will directly supervise and coordinate activities of grading crew and may also engage in the trade work of the employees being supervised. Requirements

Experienced Grading Foreman
TDOT experience preferred
Experience on all types of heavy equipment for dirt and site projects
Knowledgeable in TDOT roadway projects and dirt work, including excavation, grade work, utilities, surveying and final excavating work
Ability to read, understand, and interpret drawings and specifications
Ability to report daily on digital project management software about time and material
Ability to monitor the implementation of safety orientations and provide coaching for improvement
