About The Position

The Tri-County Regional Centre for Education (TCRCE) is seeking a Grade 1 Elementary Teacher for a 100% Term assignment at Yarmouth Elementary. TCRCE serves approximately 6100 students in twenty-two (22) schools across Shelburne, Yarmouth, and Digby counties. Requirements

• Valid Nova Scotia Teacher Certification
• Bachelor of Education - Elementary
• Values working alongside those with diverse backgrounds and cultures.
• Demonstrated ability to value the voice and contribution of others while remaining open to corrective criticism.
• Completion of WHMIS and First Aid, or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Three (3) references from Immediate Supervisors required.
• Must provide a satisfactory Child Abuse Register Check and Criminal Record / Vulnerable Sector Checks.
