The graduate will work under a preceptor to complete a mixed modality learning plan, deepen understanding of pharmacy practice and patient care, build business acumen, and develop leadership skills. Key responsibilities include assisting the pharmacy team with operations, ensuring prompt, safe, and accurate prescription fulfillment, providing excellent patient service, operating within Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), demonstrating empathy and care, and contributing to a safe and inclusive culture. The role also involves adhering to all relevant laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical principles, and potentially supporting additional patient health care services like immunizations after completing required training and certification.
