About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented GPS Administrator / Telematics Coordinator to support fleet telematics operations across our branches and customers. This role is ideal for a highly organized, tech-savvy professional with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of administrative, telematics, or fleet support experience preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Ability to interpret technical information and data reports
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting

Nice To Haves

  • Fleet maintenance or telematics experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain GPS/telematics platforms and portals
  • Install, pair, activate, deactivate, and transfer GPS units
  • Audit telematics data and ensure system accuracy
  • Process GPS device orders, invoices, and vendor communications
  • Support internal teams with device troubleshooting, status updates, and installations
  • Assist customers with account setup, training, and support
  • Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Coordinate with branches, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth telematics operations
