Requirements

Drive and ability to learn how to use GPR and other equipment.
Skills in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Ability to pass a thorough background check, drug screen (including ongoing random testing).
Valid driver's license and driving record review.
Physically capable of carrying up to 60 pounds.
Ability to work/walk on concrete and/or walk for long periods of time.
Comfortable working on small to large construction sites.
Ability to work a flexible schedule – including nights/weekends as needed.
Must live within or willing to move within 30 - 50 miles of posted city.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Project Manager for GPRS, providing a consultative approach to clients.
Perform private utility locating and concrete scanning to mitigate project risks and ensure site safety.
Utilize Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) and other equipment to complete locating projects.
Provide accurate as-built documentation, including utility maps, 3D CAD, and BIM models.
Conduct reality capture, existing conditions documentation, 3D photogrammetry & laser scanning, and utility mapping.
Perform subsurface investigations including void & rebar mapping, and drone & laser scanning.
Manage facility and project data using the SiteMap™ Platform, including virtual floorplans & BIM integration and BOMA Heatmaps.
Ensure accuracy in utility locating and concrete scanning.
Collaborate with clients from project initiation to completion.
Adapt to different job sites and scanning needs daily.
