About The Position
This role is for a GPO Membership Analyst at Cardinal Health, a global integrated healthcare services and products company. The Pharmacy Support team is responsible for the safe, efficient, and effective coordination of Cardinal Health's pharmacy operations serving various healthcare facilities and practices. This role involves performing clerical functions to support pharmacy business operations.
Requirements
- Ability to meet the aforementioned Stafford, TX onsite requirements.
- Proven experience in a customer service position.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
- Proficient in MS Excel and overall MS Office suite.
- SAP familiarity
- Experience researching/troubleshooting customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Communicate directly with manufacturers and Cardinal Health customer service to ensure clients’ needs are met and savings are procured through contract eligibility.
- Inform the wholesalers and manufacturers of any changes, openings and/or closings and resolve any problems.
- Maintain system updates for group membership, seller and account information.
- Serve as the primary resource and point of contact for all Membership related issues including but not limited to distribution of monthly updates, membership forms and Cardinal Health Pharmaceutical Contracting (CHPC) Roster reports, internal and external customer support.
