About The Position
MAGICLAND CHILDREN’S DENTAL OF RIALTO is seeking a Pediatric Diagnosing Dentist (GP Pedo) for fantastic career opportunities. This role offers the chance to transform smiles and lives, with earnings up to $1000/Day + Commission. It is a full-time position with one location and no traveling required. The practice boasts great clinical and administrative teams, high-end compensation with a guaranteed base plus percentage production, a large and diverse patient base of all payor types, and offers general, specialty, and orthodontic services in all offices. They utilize a digital state-of-the-art practice management system, instruments, and equipment.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD degree
- Active California State Dental Board License
- Nitrous Sedation Certification
- Active Malpractice Insurance
- DEA, CPR and NPI are required
- IV weekly with a dedicated team of anesthesiologists

Responsibilities
- Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience
- Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another
- Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits
- Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients regarding their dental treatment
