Requirements

A veterinarian with a true passion for client education and wellness.
Someone who loves developing programs and creative solutions, such as wellness and therapy offerings.
A personable, team-oriented individual who excels at building relationships with clients and staff.
A forward thinker who is excited to grow and evolve with the practice.
A DVM/VMD from an accredited institution.
Florida Veterinary License in good standing (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

Develop and grow general practice offerings.
Create and refine geriatric, puppy, and wellness packages.
Collaborate with specialists, including a Physical Therapist, to integrate physical therapy into GP care.
Educate and empower owners through handouts and personalized recommendations.
Help determine scheduling and practice structure as the team grows.
Potentially help hire and mentor additional DVMs as the practice grows.
