About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking a dynamic Government Procurement Financial Analyst Manager located in Hazelwood, MO. As a part of the Government Procurement Financial Analyst (PFA) team, you would support the negotiation positions for the procurement of goods and services by conducting cost/price analysis of supplier proposals. PFAs provide support for the U.S. Government, Foreign Military Sale (FMS), and Direct Commercial Sale (DCS) type contracts across multiple programs and platforms. Quantitative and statistical methods are used to correlate, compile and analyze supplier cost and non-cost data. This position is responsible for leading a team of professionals in performing cost/price analysis of several of Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) and Boeing Global Services (BGS) Government major suppliers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 5+ years' experience in a finance related position such as Financial Operations, Cost Management, Accounting, Estimating, Financial Planning, Contracts or Procurement Financial Analysis (PFA)
  • Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or formal manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course “Exploring Leadership.”
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
  • Requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
