About The Position
This is a Business Analyst position in the Information Service Program (ISP), Application Development, Compliance and Refunds Management Team. The incumbent will work independently providing assistance on the review, evaluation, and development of systems for various processes to ensure the most efficient and effective accomplishment of goals and objectives are met. The incumbent of this position must use initiative and creative planning in developing new methods and approaches to problems and issues.
Requirements
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue.
- Two or more years of experience leading and conducting requirement, design, and development sessions for SUNTAX Case Management systems.
- Two or more years of experience writing specifications, writing test scripts, testing, and deploying SUNTAX Case Management systems in SAP.
- Two or more years of experience supporting Reemployment Tax SUNTAX Case Management systems in SAP.
