This is a highly responsible position assigned to work with the Northwest Region Economic Self-Sufficiency (NWR ESS) Director and Program Office Manager. This position provides workload and performance management reports for regional leadership on a daily and monthly basis. Candidate must have advanced level skills working with Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft ACCESS databases; creating pivot tables, and charts graphs and tables as required. This position provides data to assist leadership in investigating, assessing and analyzing performance or workload management trends and issues. Provides and tracks data for regional hiring and staff retention plans. This position is also responsible for successful implementation of the regional hiring and retention plan by monitoring and assisting Circuit HR Liaisons in effectively managing the hiring process by ensuring accuracy, timeliness and documentation of the hiring process; maintains vacancy and hiring data for the region; ensures accurate and timely posting and close out of requisitions on people first and tracking and monitoring the region’s weekly vacancy reporting and hiring activities. This is an Internal Agency position; therefore, you must be a current employee of Department of Children and Families in the Economic Self Sufficiency Program to be considered. This position can be located anywhere within the NW Region (Pensacola, FL to Tallahassee, FL).
