Arctic Compressor, LLC is seeking a motivated Inside Government Sales Specialist with experience in government contracting and public sector sales. This position is designed as a growth role. The successful candidate will begin supporting inside government sales efforts and gradually transition into outside sales responsibilities, including customer visits, trade shows, demonstrations, and agency/dealer relationship development. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands government procurement and wants to grow into a larger national sales role. The role will initially focus on government bid and RFQ support, inside sales and customer communication, dealer coordination, proposal and quote support, government market research, and compliance documentation assistance. Over time, the role will expand into travel to customer demonstrations, dealer and end-user visits, trade shows and conferences, outside sales development, and territory and account growth.
