About The Position
Join Our Team as a Lawyer at Axiom! We are currently seeking Government Contract Attorneys to support our Fortune 500 and leading clients. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in government contracts law, with expertise in advising clients on a wide range of issues related to state, local, and/or federal government contracts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience advising on federal, state, and/or local government contracts, procurement, or related regulatory matters.
- Knowledge of applicable government contracting laws and regulations, including FAR, DFARS, and/or state and local procurement requirements.
- Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on government contracting matters, including contract formation, negotiation, performance, administration, and termination.
- Assist clients in navigating federal, state, and local government procurement processes, including RFPs, bid preparation and submission, bid protests, and contract disputes.
- Provide legal counsel on government contracts compliance, including FAR, DFARS, applicable state and local regulations, certifications, reporting requirements, and procurement policies.
- Support clients in identifying and mitigating legal and regulatory risks arising throughout the government contracting lifecycle.
