The primary responsibility of this role is to educate and assist businesses within the LA APEX service area on federal, state, and local government procurement processes. This includes providing guidance in areas such as government registrations, market research, marketing strategies, bid/proposal/quote development, contract performance issues, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Support is delivered through direct client counseling, participation in networking and training events, and facilitation of workshops and seminars. The role also includes promoting LA APEX services to prospective clients and business organizations. This position reports to the LA APEX Program Manager.
