The Government & Community Affairs Analyst is the operational center of the GCR function. This role serves as the primary intake point for emerging issues across the resort portfolio, maintains the systems and intelligence that enable the team to act quickly and accurately, and provides essential coordination and reporting support across the enterprise. Sitting within the central GCR team and reporting to the Senior Director, Government and Community Relations, the Analyst is uniquely positioned at the intersection of legislative monitoring, stakeholder intelligence, issue escalation, and community engagement coordination. This role interacts daily with resort GMs, HQ leadership, and cross-functional partners including Communications, Legal, Sustainability, Epic Promise, and Planning & Development.
