About The Position

This internship focuses on supporting the Government Affairs & Policy team at GE HealthCare. Interns will gain experience by attending various events, conducting research, representing the company, drafting communications, engaging with colleagues on policy matters, leading projects, and assisting the team as needed. The role involves topics such as health AI, cybersecurity, international trade and supply chain, and health economics. Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Attend Congressional hearings, briefings, lobbying meetings, and other events
• Conduct research and write reports on topics such as health AI, cybersecurity, international trade and supply chain, health economics, and more
• Represent the company at industry trade association and coalition meetings
• Draft content for GE HealthCare PAC and Advocacy Network communications
• Engage GE HealthCare colleagues on policy that impacts the company and our markets
• Lead projects related to company public policy priorities
• Assist members of the Government Affairs & Policy team as needed
